What’s included with my canvas?
Each order includes a canvas and a needle.
Thread is not included, so you can choose colors and fibers based on your personal preference.
I’m new to needlepoint- where should I start?
Start with something you love! We typically recommend beginners choose a design with fewer colors to avoid too much switching, and a smaller canvas to keep things manageable and motivating as you learn.
An item I want is sold out- will you restock?
We're always restocking designs!
You can sign up for restock alerts directly on the product page by clicking “Notify Me" and you’ll receive an email as soon as it’s back.
Do you offer wholesale?
If you’re interested in carrying Henry House canvases, please reach out via the contact page or email us at wholesale@henryhousedesigns.com.
Can I request a custom design?
We’re not currently offering custom designs, but it may be something offered in the future.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.
Delivery typically occurs 3–5 days after your order has shipped.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of needlepoint canvases, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please email orders@henryhousedesigns.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
